Shipping Information

NoTone ships to all ends of the globe. Please note that there are restrictions on certain orders; all orders must be shipped to a confirmed address. If the address is not confirmed, the order will be cancelled. All orders are shipped 48 hours after the order is placed.

Shipping costs on NoTone depend on the size of your order and the location of your order. If for some reason you believe the shipping cost is unreasonably high,* please contact contact@notone.com.

Shipping Duration

Shipping duration varies on your location. International orders can be delayed due to customs investigations. Please allow 3 weeks after your order has been placed, to arrive, if you live outside of the USA. Orders that are placed domestically are scheduled to arrive 2-5 business days after the order has been placed unless otherwise noted.
